An interactive exhibit about hydrolysis and combustion
Visitors generate electrical energy for hydrolysis by spinning a handwheel, producing hydrogen and oxygen gases at the precise 2:1 ratio by volume. They can observe the gases being collected, then experience the dramatic moment when a tiny spark ignites the mixture. The recombination releases energy violently, propelling a miniature rocket upwards along its guide line.
Designed for both education and excitement, Blast Off transforms abstract chemistry and physics concepts into a tangible experience. By combining safe experimentation with interactive play, it helps learners understand how energy conversion and chemical reactions power modern rocketry.

A popular and elegant mobile compass app on Google Play
We designed and developed a sleek mobile compass application that combines precision engineering with intuitive design. Built to deliver accurate directional readings, the app integrates sensor data from modern smartphones and presents it through a clean, minimal interface.
With its elegant visuals and responsive performance, the Compass App quickly became a popular tool for everyday navigation, offering users both reliability and style. By blending technical accuracy with thoughtful user experience, it demonstrates our ability to create mobile applications that are both functional and engaging.
We created two versions of the Compass App, each powered by a different graphics engine under the hood:
A 2D version leveraging the efficiency of Android’s Canvas system.
A 3D version built on highly optimized OpenGL for immersive, dynamic rendering.

Drone Flight Controller
All-In-One (AIO) flight controller for autonomous indoor performance drone
We designed and built an all‑in‑one flight controller tailored for autonomous and scripted miniature performance drones. The system integrates IMU sensors, an ARM‑based microprocessor, an NRF 2.4GHz radio link, and BLHeli‑based ESCs with MOSFET drivers for brushless motors.
To enable precise indoor navigation, the controller incorporates Decawave (Qorvo) UWB chipsets supporting Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) algorithms for positioning. It is engineered to work seamlessly with miniature off‑the‑shelf brushless motors, making it versatile and cost‑efficient for performance applications.
A variation of this controller was deployed in the Robot Theatre at the Science Centre Singapore, where it powered a tethered autonomous drone. The drone’s choreography was synchronized with the show, demonstrating the system’s ability to combine engineering precision with creative performance in a live interactive environment.

Visitors generate electrical energy by spinning a barrel connected to a dynamo.
This interactive exhibit demonstrates the principles of energy conversion in a fun, hands‑on way. Visitors spin barrels connected to dynamos, generating electrical energy that powers their totems along a race track. The faster they spin, the more energy they produce, turning science into an exciting competition.
We solved the engineering challenge of making the interactive robust enough for unattended play and intuitive enough for visitors to enjoy without reading instructions, ensuring accessibility and durability in high‑traffic environments.

STEM - Hydraulics
A hands-on exhibit that teaches kids about the power of hydraulics and their uses in modern machinery and robotics.
We created a hands‑on STEM exhibit that teaches kids about the power of hydraulics and their role in modern machinery and robotics. Using simple levers, children control a 5‑degree‑of‑freedom robotic arm and grip, learning how hydraulic systems translate force into motion as they manipulate a ball.
The project involved designing, CAD modeling, simulations, prototyping, 3D printing, CNC machining, and extensive user testing to ensure both durability and intuitive operation.
This interactive has been deployed at the Science Centre Singapore and as part of a travelling exhibit that brings STEM learning directly to schools, inspiring young learners to explore engineering through play and discovery.
